Ergonomics: Designed for Every Hand
Understanding that the smallest details can impact usability, our team conducted in-depth studies on the basic forms and knob configurations of existing radios. Through an iterative process of block modeling, we explored a wide range of arrangements for knobs and top displays. Each model was rigorously tested to ensure that users with various hand sizes could easily grip the radio while interacting with the controls. The result is a design that enhances comfort and efficiency for every user.
Engineering: Precision Meets Practicality
Moving from design to execution, we analyzed all components of the radio for manufacturability and structural integrity. Our in-house model shop meticulously machined parts using CNC technology to ensure optimal strength and durability. This seamless integration of design and engineering guarantees a product that performs reliably in demanding environments.
